About This Episode

In this episode Ben and Dan continue to flush out characters for their movie Hinterlands. The character is the most important aspect to good story writing. The characters draw the audience in. The more you know about your characters the more believable the story becomes. If you have strong characters and understand their emotions and desires, the writing process becomes easier. After this the boys discuss the 1996 action film, Mission Impossible. This well executed film was cutting edge for its time and it still holds up today. They discuss the changes from the script and geek out over scenes and shots.
